INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!

The title above is a very old theory in legal history. Its the theory that was meant to preserve justice and procedures of the civil and private matters that involves lawsuits.
In today's world people like me wonders how can justice be served if the theory of "innocence" remains practically impossible to respect? USA is currently doing so to the accused canadian citizen in Guantanamo Bay.What is the reason for even having a trial when USA has already condemned the supposedly "innocent untill proven guilty" young man? Isn't calling someone a "terrorist" before proving in courts of law a crime by itself?Read this story.
